The new purpose-built end of trip facility was built within the basement of another CIA Designs project – Citic House. To align the building facilities with the new ways of working/living and promotion of health and well-being the space incorporates top-tier A-grade end of trip facilities as well as general post/pre-work freshen-up facilities. Included in the space are new-age bike storage, drying cupboards, towel services, showers/toilets, a makeup station, ironing station & hair-drying/straightening stations. Adding this facility was seen as a way to give back to loyal tenants & attract future tenants by aligning the building offering with other surrounding A-grade buildings. The look and feel of the space is a continuation of the soft, natural vibe throughout the other levels. To draw attention to the location in the basement & to foster local community engagement the decision was made to engage a local artist to create a mural that informs the purpose of the facility and links together the façade. The staff in the building are all over-exited to get into the space and start using the amenities
