The base building had exposed ceiling services, 740m2 of space and high perimeter frameless glass windows allowing generous amount of natural light to enter the space. The pops of colour from the carpet flooring throughout complemented the colour hues from the company’s logo that reflected their brand. The space layout flowed well with Consulting Rooms being centrally located between workstations & Amenities area, where staff and clients can conveniently access from both sides. Informal workpoints, hot-desks & high back lounge chairs were designed for staff to have casual chats or as an alternative work area. It was a delight working with our Better Place Melbourne clients from start to finish.
